Not seen that before, maybe it’s had a tint applied? I’d try & polish or remove it.

Is it a Z3 rear window? I'd agree with the above previous posters, try some autoglym srp, or some cutting polish like a t cut or whatever you have handy. I don't think you'd be able to use a clay bar due to it being plastic and the plastic flexing when you apply any pressure. If all else fails try a little bit of Jif from the wifey's kitchen locker. good luck
