Window Reset

Morning, I have replaced my drivers side window regulator but found the one touch close wasn't working on either side due to removing the battery. I have followed the process for resetting but can only manage to fix the passenger side window. When I use the drivers side button in the first stage, not one touch second stage, nothing happens. I can only close the window by keeping the button open in the second stage. Could I have broken the button somehow in removing the door panel? Any ideas please?

Did you try clearing the programming before reprogramming the window

Are you trying to do this with the doors open or closed ? I know that the auto up down doesn't work with the doors open.

I thought I had cleared the programming first, I followed the procedure posted in the forum. Had the doors closed and the roof up.
