I fitted the wire only bit once, right pain in the ass! The adjusters never quite adjusted it enough, but I may have got a bad one. Next time it went, and it wasn't long (wire broke!), I took mine to be fixed properly with a new set of runners etc.
Faultless ever since.
Its not a difficult to fit the wire kit yourself, its just a bit fiddly, its the setting up the window height and seals that I had issues with!
