Window not closing fully.

So Z4 been sitting around for a few weeks and battery weak...needed a jump..took it to get oil/filter /plugs done today it was on charge for a few hours and didn't recover. The guy disconnected battery so i'm guessing this may have caused the problem? Is there a quick fix to reprogramme windows to close now? Heavy rain coming!!!

window reset I believe is ignition on press and hold window button to fully open and continue to hold button pressed, for 10 seconds
then same going up, then ignition off then on again.

Done it. Get in ...close door...turn on ignition ...no need to start engine...roll down window and hold button down for 5 seconds....roll window up.... turn off ignition...get out close door and up pops the window.
