Window lifter cable broken

Hi, I was putting my window down the other day, then CRUNCH! I took it to the dealer, was able to lift the window up and down by hand. The electric lifter is broken(cable snapped).

Does anyone know where to get one of these from outwith the main dealer? They are pretty expensive for a simple looking part...just over £300 including labour supplied and fitted!!

Thanks for that, I'll give them a shout before I take it to the dealers, hopefully they can save my wallet an unecessary doing!
