Window issues

Hi,

I have just removed my door panel to replace my window regulator and I have snapped 2 of the metal clips that hold the panel at the top. I have looked for a replacement on eBay with no luck and was hoping that someone on here may be able to point me in the right direction :) Failing that I will try my local dealer :cry:
 
Another question on this issue before I make an order on eBay :(

The U tube video(window regulator cable replacement) says that I will need 3 x M6 short bolts to replace the drilled out rivets to secure the pulley casing. How short is short? 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm or more?

Any advice on this gratefully received :thumbsup:
