Hi,

Accidentally double pressed the open button on my key, meaning the drivers side window opened when I opened the door. I had my car park ticket on the window at the time..

When the window came back up again, the sticky part of the ticket was gone! so its down there in the door somewhere.

Anything to be concerned about - maybe it gumming up the works? Or will it be fine?

always something new on here

no idea re your question though...

knew there was a reason I never use the sticky bit on those pesky tickets :P

Even better if you get a parking ticket and you have to prove you did buy one

as above.. it'll just be resting right at the bottom of your door.
The effort involved in retreiving it significantly outweighs the benefits of retreival... trust me

Sorry about this

Yeh - unlike me who got my first parking ticket of my life at the weekend before last..
Pay and display 80p 1 hour, £1.40 for 2 hours. Thought I might go ever so came back after an hour and 45 mins to a bloody parking ticket....

Seems on the bottom edge of the board on a sunday it's 80p and hour, then £1.60 all day.

Got done £50 for the 20p and they rejected any appeal

One of my pet hates, sticking parking tickets on the window, I always just lay them on the dash,

I would not worry about it being inside the door, it will soon lose its stickyness, go yellow and curl up
