window and roof

Hi, having a small problem, I usually upen my roof by holding the key over in the door, wait till the roof goes down and the windows return up shut. For the past week all ok but the drivers window does not return to up shut however when I close the roof, same procedure from the drivers door lock the drivers window does return up full closed.
Any ideas, the locks were changed last week following my wifes keys being stolen and this problem is since then.

Try doing a window reset, instructions should be easily searched for. Using the remote is like invoking auto close, using the door lock is like manual close. The reset initialises the auto close/open.
 
Hi, did try the reset but no change and as it does work when I close the roof the window does work only not when opening.
Any other ideas

As a wild guess, maybe they reset the central locking module as part of installing new locks, and this function some how failed to survive the reset?

In other words, I'm stumped. Good luck, mate.
