Assuming you have done a window relearning process and there is still a gap.
Remove the door card.
Bring the window down about 75%. You should see a Torx head either side where the window connects to the runner. It’s a female thread so turn anti clockwise to tighten and clockwise to loosen.
Loosen these off and you can adjust. I had to give the window a dull blow down as the glass was dirt fixed in the holder. I used masking tape to set the current position for a reference point. Job done.
