Windeflector fitting - Roll bar cover types???

Just about to fit my wind deflector to the car. I have gathered the following bits off ebay so far, Rails for hoops and boot storage, Hoop inserts, screws and the main deflector panel. Total outlay so far is about £70! :D

I'm about to order some new Hoop covers on-line and my Q is....are they all the same as the ones I will probably break on removal?? (Not including finish types...chrome line etc)
Do they come pre-drilled or do I drill them my self? If I drill them myself are they marked internally? Are there cut outs to accommodate the hoop inserts?

Any advice from the many who have retrofitted welcome, I'm a little confused right now! :|

im not shure on the fitting but have one set L+R hoop cover fronts with holes for fitting a wind deflector

cromeline thoug!

Unless you have the little wind block bits of plastic that go in the centre of the roll hoops, i wouldnd bother replacing the cover's all i did was to drill two small hole through the roll hoops and then used self tapping srews to attach the wind block holders to the hoops, that will give you a nice tight secure fixing for the wind block

Cheers for the offers guys, I think for the sake of saving 25 quid I will go for a set of nice new ones :) I'd be :( if I put it all back together to find I had a squeak or rattle because I was missing a few tabs.
I'm assuming from the feedback that I will have to cut the notches for the hoop inserts myself and they are not availaible pre-notched/drilled or marked for the deflector?

If you buy the ones for the wind deflector then they holes and cut outs are are done for you.

Ace. Thats the info that was eluding me! I will post some pics once I manage to get it fitted. :)
