Windblocker Illuminated

So, I had been going back and forth on the idea of a windblocker and was wondering what everyone thought on the latest one shown here:

I think it would be pretty awesome, just don't know how street legal it would be....

thoughts?

Tacky and nothing more than an expensive piece of plexiglass with an led at the edge.

Stick to oem that fits perfectly and does what it's supposed to do.

I just find the plexiglass deflectors have a tendency to reflect a huge amount of sunlight right into the eyes of the driver behind.

real handy driving along with the 'Z4' constantly in your rear view mirror !

Not seen that before... i'd imagine on a show car it could look quite cool... but on a road car well OTT.

Also the etching would bug the hell out of you everytime you look in your rear view mirror.

Must say I'm tempted. Wired into the brakes it wouldn't be any more obtrusive (any probably less so) than a standard mesh screen.

Horses for courses and all of that. Not keen myself and then there's the price! :o

I do however note times are changing as indeed are E85 drivers.
