Wind Deflector

I've recently purchased a 2003 Z4, there are two drill holes in each of the roll bars i'm guessing from where a wind deflector has been fitted. I was going to replace the roll bars but think it would be more benifical just to buy a wind deflector. Will it fit in to the exsisting holes? and does anyone recommend where to buy a wind deflector from?
Thanks :D

My Personal preference is OEM. Dealer will charge around £250 which is steep. eBay had some cheaper clear Perspex ones for around £100 IIRC

Looks like some tight-arsed mealy-mouthed scumbag has dismantled it to sell on eBay.

I've said it before but I'll say it again. I BLOODY HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I found this which seems to be a good price.

Anybody used this company before?

Don't know the company but price seems OK. You'll need the fitting kit as well though......I think that comes with the two mounting bars that screw to the roll hoops and a pair of similar mountings for inside the bootlid where the main bit stows when not in use - may not still be available though so worth sourcing that first, just in case.

Worth checking if the latter are still in situ - and are the covers still in place inside the roll hoops? - the full kit that Adamski has priced includes them as well as the mounting kit.

I dont use mine and was thinking of removing and selling if you're interested. Its the OEM mesh one that fits in the bootlid when not in use, and slides into the tracks on the roll hoops when in use. It also has the mesh for inside the hoops.

I realise removing it will leave holes on my hoops ( :?  ) but I'm thinking of having them done in high gloss black anyway.

PM me if interested.

Thanks
