Tomorrow for me, so will see The Grumpy one versus my fellow country man 8)

Glad I was not there today in the heat, but the rain tomorrow does not look that great … hopefully it will pass quickly.

Thanks. Life has been good the last few weeks, tour through the Alps with the Porker and now a day out. Not bad for someone always stuck in the office :D

It appears that your fellow lowlander didn't put up much resistance...t31104.gif

Great day out despite the non too exciting matches. Did not have the tickets to get to see Nadal which I would have liked though.

Surprising that about 30% of all the seats are empty, all in massive blocks so I suspect companies "own" them.

Did the "park on my drive" thing for a tenner which is well worth it, easy walking distance away from the traffic chaos.

Temperature was excellent, not too hot either. Very civilised event which makes you appreciate that not everyone is a terrorist or hooligan and that there are decent people about.

Very, very high security though - anyone standing up and walking a meter away from their back is straight away approached.

When he says he can't wait, I guess he means that he can wait - for a week
