Well tonight received a phone call from my eldest nephew to tell me he has landed a great new job as a pit crew member for the 2018 williams f1 team.To say I am proud is an understatement also looking forward to a few free tickets lol 😂.Wishing him all the best for his very bright future in F1 :D

Woots, a long time member on here but now Zedless, is pit crew for Redbull / Ricciardo - I see him on TV all the time, and his FB posts are enviable, to put it mildly.

You probably feel as proud as I did when my son landed a job working at McLaren Automotive earlier this year.

i really am he had a great job anyway but this is the cherry on the cake for him so proud 😬

No way, I knew he was at red bull but I didn’t know in the Pit crew. That’s amazing. Will have to keep an eye out for him.

Well, maybe second best job ever! I think I'd rather be the guy in the seat with the crash helmet. :)

But for any petrolhead it's got to be a dream job! :thumbsup:

Ha don’t get too excited! Two years doing it and I’ve only managed to get friends in who’ve already bought pit lane access!
There are no freebies in f1..
