Hi,

after a discussion at work today regarding reading the cars input/output signals refering to the parcel shelf microswitch thingy a colleague pointed me towards this and claimed this would do the trick.

I bought the GoPoint BT1 for about $90 including shipping. It connects to the iphone using bluetooth, and it is then used as both an OBD interface through the BT1 app, and as a sensor for Harry's Lap Timer.

There's also an iOBD2 device from the same site for £10 less.

I'm interested if it would clear/diagnose codes on a Z4, states it does but would rather be 100% b4 purchasing

I wouldn't buy purely for the 'no refund' policy of the seller - although I assume 'Read/Clear DTC codes' means it will clear the codes too?
