If it's just for looks, then get a 10-15mm space fitted with OEM wheels.
The smaller the offset (actually negative offset) then the more the wheel moves away from the centre of the car. Add this to 1/2 of the extra width of the wheel and you can work out how much more it moves away from the centre.
So if you have an offset that is 20mm smaller, and a wheel that is 25mm wider, then the total amount further away from the centre of the car is 20mm+(25*0.5) - 32.5mm.
The other thing you'll have to factor in is tyre sizes - as you'll need to work out the reduced profile to keep the rolling radius the same as a 225/40r18 OEM tyre would change to 225/35r19 one - but with a wider wheel on the front you'd also probably fit a wider tyre such as a 245/30r19.
