Will these whels fit on a Z4m?

The details are as follows:

Front Tyres are - 245/35/19
Rear Tyres - 265/35/19

WHEELS
A set of Genuine BMW ZCP Competition wheels (19 inch STYLE 359)
Front Wheels - 19x9" ET31 (25.4 LBS, 31mm offset)

Rear Wheels - 19x10" ET25 (26.6 LBS, 25mm offset)

Would these fit with no rubbing or clearance issues? im interested in picking up a set if they cbecome availabel as an alterative to the CSL wheels?
 
Rears will be fine, fronts might catch a little on full lock due to the width of the tyre.
 
Cheers would a 235 tyre fit? and prevent rubbing in this instance?

I suspect the fronts will stick out too much too - and cause rubbing... being 9" and ET31. On a 9" rim i would thought the lowest offset you would want would be ET35.
