Will these tyres fit ok ok 2016 E89

Will these alloys be ok on my 2016 E89

225/45 18 & 255/40 18 all with 6mm+
Wheels are immaculate, have recently been refurbished in graphite grey. Came of my 4 series but will for 1 series and 3 series

I currently have
255 30 19 on rear
225 35 19 ok front

They also have nexan b fera tyres on them
Pic 1 and 2 are new, pic 3 current
Current are brand new Bridgestone run flats

Also are nexan tyres any good ?

Need to make sure the offsets work and you are probably pushing it on the profiles, most would only go up 5 on the profile rather than 10
 
As above. You are increasing profiles by an extra step on 18" wheels. Check on www.willtheyfit.com. That will give you the differences in rolling circumference and speedo error etc

Nexen tyres are good IMO. Had loads of them on various cars (not run flats though). Lot cheaper than the big brands.
