Will a front wing fit in a Roadster?

Odd question. For the purpose of collection/delivery, does anyone know if a front wing will fit safely in a roadster with the roof closed? I’ve measured up and it seems OK, if tight, but hard to take account of the shape of the wing. Has anybody done this, or has a loose wing that they could try for me?

Sorry, don't have a loose one to hand to try, but it looks doable to me.
Plenty of padding on the seat of course.
You could possibly consider whipping out the glove box and lower trim to give a bit more room?
 
Yes- roof down with seatbelt on

Didn’t try roof up

Hah, thanks. I’m looking for the “all weather” solution. You can fit most things in with the roof down :poke:

Yup, I got one in; bit of a squeeze but if you put it upside down and the pointy end in the footwell it fits.

Of course, if it's a blue wing you've no chance, but Dr Zed can fit it in his. :poke: :D
