Will 261M wheels fit on an M coupe?

I'm currently trying to diagnose a steering wheel wobble issue, and want to rule out anything wheel based. I have a set of 18" 261M wheels in the garage (from an E82).

Before I crack out the jack etc, anybody know if they'll fit okay on an M coupe?

cba crunching the numbers exact but those 1 series are less in rim width & offset of them isnt favourable either .
I would expect you would need 10mm spacers minimum & more like 15mm 20mm on rear to get close to style 224 fitment .
You have them to hand , try them on , take some pics & update this thread for others future ref
