Will 17's fit e86 3.0 si sport?

Thanks srhutch. Do I need to consider the design of the wheel or will all BMW 17" alloys with the correct offset work? Wondering if the clearance differs with models of alloys in same size?

The Z has high offset numbers (et 47 et 50 ) so any BMW 17inch alloy will work as there aren't any higher than that , however the 17inch ones from a 6 series or 5 series E60 are very low (et14 / et 15 ) so whilst they will go on the car without issue they could look a little "fandango" depending on wheel width

Thanks Mr Wilks. I'm not sure what 'fandango' is but it made me laugh :) I'll wait to see If any bargains appear.

Depends if they are a ridiculous bargain!! :D That's the kind off thing I'm after. I don't need them yet but just wanted to be prepared in case I came across something cheap!

Tyres are just a of useable. Hence the price.

Swindon is where I am. Just selling them to get the cost of the replacement offset.

Two federal and two Firestone run flat 225/45/17 tyres on bmw 103 alloys.

Tyres near to limit but useable.

Alloys with some rash but again very useable, centre caps also available.

Thanks Nelly but Swindon may be a bit far for something I don't really need (yet)! You shouldn't have any issues flogging them though.

I'm going to need to get rid of my run flats at some point and was thinking about getting my 108s refurbed. Thats why I wanted a set of 17s to use during refurb then as winters.

Now I'm thinking am I just better of buying aftermarket for summers and winters! :dizzy:

No doubt I'll have different plan tomorrow. Thanks anyway!

I just looked at it! :D Check this out though!

"Milton Keynes has a road network laid out in grid squares, with a roundabout at every crossing point (one is shown left; click to enlarge). The junctions are so prevalent that stories tell of cars there being more prone to tracking problems due to the amount of hard cornering they do. There are, by some reports, more than 300 of them in the town - or one for every 600 people"
