Why cant i put different smilies on posts?

Hi all -seem to be having trouble at the mo using a different smiley page to the one shown opposite the typing box-i know its not the end of the world but still (i have smilies on)

You mean from a diffent source or from the pop up box when you click "View more smilies"?

If you mean from an outside source like say a different forum then they wont work if you type them in as you would at that different forum. You can still post them as images using the

Yeah i mean the view more smilies mate on this forum -i click to use them but it wont put them on my typed message?

Ah, i don't know then. Maybe try a different Internet browser?

Just tried it now and the pop up box works on Opera and Chrome but not on Internet Explorer 9. :idunno:

Always had a problem with this using IE, use Chrome and works perfectly.

Yes indeed. But to be honest I use Mozilla Firefox mostly. IE just does weird stuff all the time and I have no patience for it. Must be getting old

Safari, Firefox and Chrome work just fine....
