Am looking for contact details/email address for bmw,as Bmw Dealers want me to contact them for good will. Sent an email enquiry through www.bmw.co.uk a week ago but had no reply. Thank you for any help.

"Good Will" doesn't work at BMW anymore, he got offered a job at the Apple store and left a while ago. His replacement "Robin Git" is not quite as nice to deal with.

brilliant :P

but it depends what needs doing, as I have had very good success with BMW UK

Can the dealers not supply you with the info? If they are a BMW dealership surely they must know how to contact the 'powers that be completely indifferent'

You will be lucky to receive goodwill, try contacting Arthur Daley he operates fron a caravan on the East India Dock Road London

I can but try..its my roof motor mentioned in previous posts. Thank you for your replies!

Again can't believe they are asking you to contact BMW
In my experience it is the Dealer who contacts BWM and supports "a" case ( same with Volvo )
But then I suppose these idiots are not your normal Main Dealer
Are they still claiming it is not covered by the AUC warranty

Working in Customer Relations for another manufacturer, I think the dealers are stalling you. They should be calling customer relations department providing them with all the info about issue and CR will then make a decision. You'll find that when you call them, the consultant will then have to call dealer to get info and come back to you. It'll depend on how you fit into their goodwill criteria...

Is it a BMW Dealer? If so, demand that they contact BMW on your behalf. My roof motor stopped working out of warranty. I argued my point to the dealer on the basis of a full BMW service history, the fact that my car was in good condition for its age and relatively low mileage. I also went full guns blazing with regards to my knowledge on the roof motor problem and quoted this website.

Took about 4 or 5 days, but eventually BMW agreed to pay it

Yes its a bmw main dealer and my car is still under the AUC 12 month warranty, owned it 3 months and 2 days when the roof failed. Have explained many times that the roof failure is a common problem, yet no joy! There is a post explaining everything from start to finish. Thank you for your replies.

Has your car been serviced by BMW dealers? If so, the drains should be checked as part of your service. I'd argue that as a point. If you search my previous posts, I've posted the saga I went through (last July/August). Hopefully you'll find something there.

Tabbie

Maybe now might be a good time to go out of the area and try a real Dealer
There must be Dealers adjacent to N Wales who come with a good reference sheet
As I said my Dealer in Sussex had no qualms in handling it for you

Very good sp3ctre!!! :D

I've used the same email address that Navid mentions above and certainly had replies back. Email them again with the message quoted which might prompt them into replying.

As mentioned by others have you tried another dealer.
I have dealt with Blue Bell in Crewe over the past two years and had some work done by them under an AUC warranty .
I purchased the Z in a private sale with 6 months left on the warranty.
Is it the Chester branch you are having grief with.
