Just got 4 x crates of coke, 10l of screen wash, massive tub of Lawn Patch fix and 48 toilet rolls in the boot.... failed with the 15kg bag of charcoal which ended up in the footwell....

very practical
 
I had four 225 x 45r18 tyres in mine the other day, admittedly two were on the passenger seat, but they all fitted in...

I agree, very practical
 
I went camping with my brother and family last year .. :fuelfire:
we turned up roof down and to everyones surprise opened the boot and pulled out

1 four man tent
1 two man tent
3 fold up chairs
3 sleeping bags
2 pillows + 1 blow up one
1 two hob stove
spare gas
1 small table
kettle
frisbee
food in cool bag to last three days
drink
 
MIne's a coupe, so it's cheating a little, but... 2 tents (1 x two-person, 1 x four person), two sleeping bags, two 35l rucksacks, 180 bottles of beer, a selection of meat for the BBQ, and a small selection of fruit. Easy.
 
They are practicle when you consider the alternatives... :)

Porsche Boxster (not the new one) - have you seen the tiny boot and impracticle luggage space under the bonnet.

Honda S2000 - boot space has all sorts of weird and wonderful shaped bends that block anything of a decent size fitting in.

Nissan 350Z - the strutbrace :headbang:

Audi TT - not so sure, but don't think its boot was too big...
 
I used to have a Tuscan and to be fair that made the Z4Ms boot look tiny. I went camping north of the artic circle in it and couldn't get all the gear in a peugeot 306 boot and used all the back seats... went in the Tuscan fine. This included two jerry cans of petrol full camping gear some food sleeping backs etc and full artic clothing and full summer clothing plus a couple of chairs...

Wow have you any pics of your Tuscan mate?-the boot on mine surprised me last year going on a cabin holiday for 5 days,i thought i was going to have to do a Mr Bean job on our clothes! :)
 
10 boxes of muffins and these boxes were 60x40x30cm. got 4 in the boot and 6 on the passenger seat. couldnt see out the window so i was glad i only had to go a mile down the road
