Thanks, I love them. They're getting redone in a few weeks, very much looking forward to having them back in absolute mint condition.
 
I reckon my 3 Series sedan would have coped as it's got a sunroof! :)

I can understand that, wouldn't want to drive at highway speeds with that tree in the passenger seat. Luckily it was a short drive on inner city roads, I never got above 20 mph :)

Fair enough, but don't underestimate that monster of a yucca, it's around 2.5 meters tall and at least a meter in diameter :D
 
TBF since Mrs Tidy got a different address I don't need to try to work out how to fit things like that in the car. :lol:

Although if Mrs Pond got a different address I wouldn't be able to afford a 2.5m Yukka. Around £5,000 in a UK garden centre IME. :)
 
Back in the 80s I had a mate who was building a mini track car and he needed to transport the shell of a mini to another garage. We tied in onto the roof of another mini, so you had a mini on top of a mini, the rope went through the top of the windows so we couldn't open the doors, we had to climb in through the door windows. Nobody seemed to notice, we even drove through Croydon high street, stuff you do when you're a teenager.
