Who have you seen that you'd consider great Live in Concert

Good to see people of similar taste, so here’s mine and please ignore the first one, I was a teenager at the time :D

Howard Jones
Sky
Fleetwood Mac
The Rolling Stones
Eagles
Genesis
Pink Floyd
Eric Clapton
Deacon Blue
Dire Straits
The Boxer Rebellion
Mumford & Sons

Eric Clapton is just the coolest guy on the planet, Pink Floyed was amazing and the Eagles (Hell freezes tour) was absolutely perfect. And my biggest regret is not seeing Radiohead for in rainbows

I saw loads of great bands years back on the university circuit, Fleetwood Mac (original Peter Green version), Eric Clapton, Jethro Tull, The Who, Cream, etc

Not so many these days, Paul McCartney (brilliant, great showman), Rolling Stones last year (good but very predictable).

saw slade @ barberellas for 50p
queen free concert hyde park
status quo every year
i missed pink floyd at mothers :|
brit floyd most years to compensate ..

LCD Soundsystem
Saw LCD Soundsystem at Fabric in 2007. It was epic.
Fabric aint the same these days for D'n'B however. I heard Islington council cracked down on all the bass-heavy nights.
Must have been waking the dead in all those Black Death gravepits around there.

Stiff Little Fingers - Glasgow Barrowlands a few times 80' and 90's

More recently - Gerry Cinnamon - Discovered him playing to a dozen folk in a Glasgow pub 6 years ago and now selling out concerts all over Europe, no record label, no manager, has done it all on his own!

I saw them at Ally Pally in 2017. One of the most impressive gigs I've been to, and made even more special that it was their "comeback" tour after a long hiatus. Haven't been to Fabric. Keep thinking of going, but never find the time to get to London to go...
