Who has the hardest water?

Ours comes in at 303. (Very hard)
We get through kettles at an alarming rate :thumbsdown: But I do work for the water company so I should know what I'm getting.
 
At the other end of the scale (no pun intended :) ), ours in South Cumbria comes in at 'very soft' - can't find an actual figure
Bit of a wimp in the water stakes
 
Just wondering if there are any positive side effects with all this hard water?? :oops: :oops:

I still have the same kettle i bought back in 2006!!

Maybe i dont use it enough!! Although it got a good workout in Jan this year... Had to defrost the freezer while
It was still on, boiled over 20 full jugs to fill up pots of hot water!!
 
294 in East Cambs. Not saying our water is hard, but we get bruises from the shower :rofl:

Stainless sink unit doesnt stay shiny for long :| (first world problems hey)
 
Think this wins the most middle class thread of the year award. Kills me because I know ours from memory, having recently set up a new dishwasher. :?
