So I'm thinking of upgrading to KW3 coilovers , still not 100% happy with the handling on the Eibachs and HR sways with adaptive suspension

Debating if its worth spending £1600 to still be disappointed with the handling

Interested in any feedback to those who have them fitted

I spent aaaages looking for info on this, to find very few reviews/feedback from people who had them put on a Z4 and previously had adaptive suspension.

I'm still undecided. I'm thinking I might just go for it, but I'll have to wait til after the house purchase. What's your current shock+coil setup? More details the better. I grew up in Knutsford so have family around the area, maybe I should pop by and compare next time I'm down your way.

Hey matey , currently I'm on Eibach springs with stock adaptive dampers , H&R sways front and rear , hunter alignment carried out

Included in the £1600 for the KW3 is the EDC delete modules which fools the ECU into thinking they are still fitted

This is really the only feedback I've seen on them

As long as you have the KW EDC delete modules you can fit any damper you want

There are also cheaper options which could be used with the delete modules but again reviews are thin on the ground!

What aren't you happy about handling, what aspect?

I just feel the rear end feels not as tight as it should , still some bodyroll present with my set up which can slide you around in your seat , some mild bends can give you the brown trouser feeling. Take the same bend in a mondeo and I dont get that feeling.

Front end feels solid , its just the rear

I wonder what the life span is of the EDC dampers ? , any way of checking the performance of these? mine are not leaking Ive checked

Dont get me wrong car it still handles well but its not as good as it should be
