Who bu$$ers wheel centre caps?

Am about to spend 40-odd quid on some new wheel centre caps. The rims of the old ones are damaged.

Who did that, then? Tyre monkeys? Service mechanics?

I've found the OEM ones aren't that long lasting and do usually degrade with no extra help and need replacing

I bought supposedly home made from Etsy £10. Solid plastic, not cheap tin.
Best quality so far, but can't quite remember who sold them.
Think i was lucky, lot of junk out there.
