But £9k?!?! No heated seats, no Xenons, no leather (at least I didn't see it). Very basic spec and it's going at c.£3k over market value.

I wouldn't buy at that price :o

Edit - still, thanks to the OP for sharing :) , just a shame about price. Keep 'em coming
