whirring from air con fan

Hi
I have noticed that the air con fan is whirring audibly and the note depends on the engine speed, ie it whirs more as I accelerate. Any advice greatly appreciated

Mine does too, more like a really high pitched whine though and when the heater is on too, very annoying!
