I know people can be 'light weights' but 15ml of whisky cask strength or not is not going to have that effect, certainly not on me anyway. Only reason I had it open was to add to my salmon curing before I smoke it tomorrow. And needed to make sure it was the same one from last weeks batch.
So I am sat with a glass of hot water and lemon. Rock n' Roll me :yeah:
Ended up going with the Jura Superstition. Very nice with a splash of water although it's house measures!
Was considering the Highland Park but it always tastes a bit greasy to me.
Also found a bottle of Islay Mist too which is a bonus. If you've not tried it it's a very nice blend.
Keeping the Jura Turas Mara and the Cardhu until one of my mates comes back from Spain in two weeks.

The wife got me an 18 year old glenmorangie.Well after returning from my parents today I cracked open a nice wee 60.6% Glen Elgin going by the name of Grannies behaving Badly (and madley) lovely dram!
Finished off the evening with some French White Rhino Rye. Amazing stuff, if you have a chance to try it, please do. It's wonderful. Quite a slightly sweet and savoury tasting drink. Different but in a really good way.
