Which spoiler......

Hi guys and gals

So I’m thinking of adding a spoiler to my Titan silver e85.
What do people think of the two below and feel free to show me yours 😊

Hi Jamie,

Would the first one be body-coloured?

Personally I'd be tempted to go with that one as I think the darker shade it is in the picture would compliment the silver. It's also more subtle, which I like .

However, each to their own. Bog standard answer, but you should go for whatever one you like most!

I was thinking if I go for the lip doing it in black too actually so thanks for commenting and reinforcing that idea :D :thumbsup:

Am I the only Zed owner who thinks that the rear of the E85 looks just perfect as it is. No spoiler needed. :roll:
 
No need for a spoiler,however a nice ass can still look good in a thong as well as naked.
I prefer the second one :thumbsup:
 
If I was adding a spoiler, I would go for Alpina one. Others make it look cheap in my opinion.

Out of the two I'd go with the top one, I'm not a huge fan of the aero spoiler, plus the top hasn't been done as much. Just my two pence worth.
 
In my opinion I'd go for the first one, but as proven by the current responses there is no wrong choice.
 
Does anybody know of an aero spoiler for sale? Been looking for ages. Seen the new ones from Poland etc on ebay but dont know if I trust what the quality will be like plus I'm worried about custom charges.

There is a red Z4MR on Instagram (not sure if the owner is on here) that has this spoiler and it looks great imo

I bit my lip when i saw the title of this post, having seen some of the spoiler atrocities! But these aren't tooooo bad... still think it looks better without though!! If i had to choose i'd say the first one and colour coded to the vehicle

I also prefer the rear as it is. According to David Lightfoot’s book (BMW Z4 Design, development and production, p. 60) the shape of the boot lid was fine tuned to work as a spoiler itself. By coincidence it became quite similary shaped than the contemporary Ferrari Maranello, or as Lightfoot quoted BMW’s Martin Kolk, ”No, we didn’t copy the Maranello, the Ferrari engineers have the same physics to deal with that we do”.
