which rear shocks and top mounts?

discovered at the weekend that my passenger side rear shock is knackered and the top mount has broken...

whats a decent replacement/upgrade to repair this?

You are running oem suspension?
for example pair of sachs rear shocks will be fine. Lemförder top mounts.
You can order parts directly from Germany, or just go to your local parts dealer and ask for sachs rear shocks & Lemförder top mounts.
 
had the M sport suspension from new if that makes any difference?

ive got it booked into the garage for this Saturday and was hoping to find the best option to buy on here and then buy them later today so they arrive in time for the weekend and then have them fitted and all sorted out for Saturday afternoon.

Yep :)

Im going to change them when i replace all shocks, im not sure if im going to go for:

-Sachs (OEM)
-Eibach/Bilstein B12 kit
-Bilstein B4 shocks

Not sure i want to lower it if im honest but i have heard many great things about the b12 kit to tempt me :)

I am also going to change front top mounts and any dust covers/bump stops,nuts,bolts and washers at the same time as well.

The Sachs shock absorber in your link to ebay quotes the part No. BMW: 33526764000. This is for the standard suspension part, the sport suspension Sachs part No. is BMW: 33526764001.

top mounts ordered

just want to make sure im buying the correct replacements/upgrades for the shocks as dont want to get the lower quality 1`s ???
 
nobody? :cry:

i need to get some new rear dampers ordered today so i can get mine replaced on saturday and i have no idea which 1`s to order? :cry:
