Which oil to use?

Hi guys, I have a 2007 2.5i Z4 and the oil indicator says I need to top up the oil. There seems to be many different types of oil around so just wondering if anyone could suggest which is the best to use? Thanks!

Just use whatever it says in the handbook. I f oyu can't find it then punch the registration into here:

My 3.0 takes 0w-30 or 5w-30
