Yes...I tell people to switch it off and back on again. For some of the Dr's, I actually have to tell them HOW to switch it on!

Autotive Glass industry, work in family business, don't fit them ( I can and do the odd chip repair ) just prefer the whole IT side of things 
which means i sit infront of a computer and surf the net and listen to music until someone phones and books a job on.. then repeat.. and i give the car a good cleaning every friday in the workshop
