You can search the forum for remap feedback. Hardly any increase in performance. If you have plenty of money, there's the supercharger option. Or simply buying an M.

Have a look here for the actual performance "gains":

Has anyone seen this seller on eBay?

Taking my car from 150 to 175bhp for £99 sounds like fun especially with the higher rev limit, but it sounds too good to be true

That's for th n42 2 litter engine

With a good map you would be lucky to get 1-5 bhp out of it

I think that you would be pissing in the wind with this

remaps aren't just about bhp figures. they are also able to change the characteristics of the engine, e.g. flat spots in the torque curve, making it better to drive. also some maps will adjust the throttle input so that it's the same as pressing the sport button all the time. again no change to the power output from the engine. just another way of making the car feel more responsive.

i'm no expert. all the above just IMHO and based on my experience of "chipping" a 911 so please shut me up if i'm talking crap. :)

From the advert:

175HP and 234NM on 2.0 16v 150hp engine (N46B20)

I don't know that it's pissing in the wind, but I wouldn't trust it that's for sure.

Yea 175 from an engine that is 145 at best

Thats a 30bhp increase ... yea right

Ask any tuner what gains you would expect for a map on a n42 they will say nothing it's all about power delivery and smoothing the flat spots in the rev range on that engine

That is quite a lot of money for just 14bhp. If They really can map my car from 265 to 279 for £350, would I do it ? Probably not,i's rather spend it on other mods. But if I had the readies to just do something like that, maybe for the hell of it - not sure how much difference I would notice though tbh.

Small, irrelevant point, but I did like the fact that none of their exhaust mods quoted any bhp increase at all. I have seen other sites claiming otherwise, and always thought they are taking the pi$$.
