Silver Grey with red is the colour combination which will be considered the "classic choice" in years to come but right now white is the DB!

Black looked great when in the showroom but shows every mark be it dirt or scratches.

I love the yellow but would never have balls to buy one myself but in a car park full of red, greys, blacks and blue the yellow looks stunning.

Interlagos is my favourite, but when it came to buying I turned that down as the car clearly hadn't been well looked after. Went for a red one that had been loved and now I love it too :)

I would vote

Blacks/Monaco/montego/titanium/interlagos - all equal 1st. Couldn't choose between these, all look awesome!

Then a very close second

Greys/sepang/white

But to the OP, an important thing to consider is the combination with interior trim

Eg champagne/sepang/silverstone with Monaco/interlagos
Red/amarone with silver/greys.

In my opinion the cars look so awesome in most of the colours that the important point is getting the combination right

Happy hunting !

Two pages of replies and nobody has answered this correctly! Unbelievable. The answer is Stratus Grey (actually I have a horrible feeling it's black but never mind, too late now):

I do like the white too but the sellers are taking the pizz they are wanting two or three grand more for a similiar car and same spec in a different colour . . they were not dearer when they were new and they are not booked in at a more expensive price dont think they are worth spending the extra money because white might go out of fashion in a few years time and you will never get the extra money back .

The coupe is cheaper than the roadster when new, so following that it should be cheaper second hand as well ...

I went for the phoenix as its something different from the usual black, silver etc....After viewing an E46 M3 in phoenix i started looking for a coupe and eventually found one. I agree it is a love it or hate it colour but it ticks the boxes for me and looks very good in the flesh when its clean....

A couple of friends from the Clio V6 owners club had the Acid Yellow and Liquid Yellow variants on their Clio's and again these looked awesome in the flesh / different from the Silver, Blue, Black standard colours..

It's got to be black! Sapphire inparticular... Yes it is a bitch to keep clean, but when it does it looks bloody stunning...
