which gearbox oil

Guys,

I was wondering which oil is recomended for a 2003 3.0 manual Z4, the car has approx 81k on the clock.

Is BMW stuff OK?

BMW gearboxes are supposedly sealed for life but that doesnt mean to say you cannot change the oil. Redline 75w90 others may have different preference.
