Which gear knob?

I disagree, its also out of the 3 series. I think that the ZHP is more popular over the other gear knob is down to price.

I dont think it looks out of place at all

I do however agree it totally changes the gear changes. The Original Z4 gear knob makes shifting very clumsy
 
The knob came with 1 Series gaiter, but that's the original z4 gaiter in the pic.

Had quite a productive weekend... :D
Collected the ZHP gear knob on Saturday morning... got it fitted... looks and feels great! :driving:
Really easy mod, the old one just popped off - no problem!

I then decided to paint the brake calipers and whilst I'd the wheels off, I decided to clean the roof drains too!

I'll upload photos later!
 
Sounds like you have had a busy weekend, been to wet in Edinburgh to do anything :(
