I have got to ask as I am currently working in Libya and the driving standards or lack of them are unbelievable, the only lane discipline that exists is how many cars can fit inbetween the kerbs at the traffic lights, if there are no kerbs then they drive up the side effectively on the verge to get to the front of queue and then turn in front of everybody, roundabouts are approached flat out and hope the drivers on the roundabout let you join, get to the left hand side of 4 lanes trying to go round said roudabout and attempt to turn right, then weave across the road overtaking/undertaking the other cars all while having one hand placed for quick use of the horn.
You can amuse yourself playing spot the car without any dents, 2 so far. Headlights seem optional as do coloured lenses on the back, I'm sure they would have been fitted when they were in Switzerland or Holland (I see how the car scrappage scheme works now).
