Having seen the excellent how to thread for a retro-fit cup holder I called my local stealer and asked how much one would be. The answer of £51 seems a bit steep :o After confirming I only wanted one and would fit it myself and the price not changing I delcined. Any suggestions where I can get one any cheaper?

got mine from someone selling on here. They pop up on ebay from time to time...

see what joe @ sopers can do (thread around here somewhere)?

Pair of retrofit cup holders - £41.25 delivered

Ordered 2 from my local dealer for £20.38 +VAT each. Pick them up tomorrow ready for the retrofit.

See if they have the caps that go over the screws too as they're only about £0.40 and I messed both of mine up when removing them. Much easier not to have to worry and fit the new ones

So Sytner Sutton Coldfield are seriously taking the p*** at over £50 for one. Thanks for the replies.

Put simply, Yes.

But I'd just double check with them that it was for 1 and not 2, if it was for 1 tell them poke it where the sun does'nt shine.

I'm fairly certain that that is where cj10jeeper gets his parts from and usually gets a good deal from them, send him a PM and just ask him the question about service and price from there.

Are you sure they were not quoting your for the pair.....? And would be reluctant to split the 'pack' if they are supplied in pairs, worth asking them?

Mine were supplied in individual boxes so I don't think they're packed as a pair.
