Where should advertise my z4 for sale?

Hi all

It is with regret that I need to sell my beloved 2007 e85 2.5i. No urgent need for a quick sale but don't want to drag the process on forever, though ultimately looking for the best sale price as it's money that's driving the sale. My question to you, a fairly biased group is: should I advertise this on z4-forum or head straight for autotrader and/or pistonheads? I would hope that a sale here would end up with the car in good hands and be fairly straightforward (everyone likely to know what they're after) - but I suspect the obtainable price would be lower?

I don't know - thoughts?

I don’t think you’ve got anything to lose by advertising on here? It’s free & if you don’t get offered a price you’re ok with you don’t have to sell it. Simples! :)

I'm with smartbear :) nothing to lose listing on here first , along with Gumtree & a 30 day £15 classified advert on ebay
There are some members here who like to bleat about the comments on FS posts , if that bothers you either state on the listing you would prefer no comments ( this means it drops pretty quickly into obscurity) or take the comments on board as by & large they are meant well  though at times the truth can hurt  :D
Best of luck

Wider audience on Autotrader and Ebay. On here is ok but no advantage unless the buyer knows you and the car.

Ebay are Autotrader are the go to places for normal people (not Internet forum weirdo's) who are looking for cars.
