Where does this go?

Hi all! On my second day of ownership and I've already broken my car (slightly).
http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=28125&p=386225#p386225 = My introduction.
Long story short a plastic piece (pictured below) has come loose during driving and dropped off the car.

An unrelated question I have is in regards to engine type. Is my engine (2007 BMW Coupe) a 255 hp (190 kW) @ 6600 rpm and 220 ft·lbf (300 N·m) @ 2750 rpm (N52B30). My limited research shows this being the only engine option for this year coupe. Also, how easy is it to clear the adaptive throttle? Thanks for your responses!

Regarding the adaptive throttle this is the procedure.

By the look of your pics your coupe is in the SE spec so gets 255bhp but the SI spec get 265bhp as far as i know.

My Silver Z4 coupe 3.0 also "lost" this piece. The service guy at the oil change facility motioned me over to say "hey look at this" and then pulled this loose piece out.
Funny.
