Where do you keep your sunglasses?

I thought you Roadster boys had no need for a sunglasses holder because you're always wearing them or have them perched on your heads!! :P

Rich - your Zed looked awesome in my rear view mirror the other day. Great mods!

Hey steve,

Thanks, as I was just about keeping up with your M coupe

I have two pair of glasses in the door bin.

Dark for sunny days driving with the roof down. :driving:
Clear glass for cloudy days driving with the roof down. :driving:

Did I mention I don't enjoy driving with the roof up, feels too couped up. :poke:

C'mon, Z4 pilots are cool. Shades are on full time, even in the dark. Who needs stowage? 8)

Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
Jake: Hit it.

Would the arm rest be a problem for people like myself who have shorter knobs? because your arm would be at a greater height?

Andy I would suggest it will get in the way esp with the short shift. Ranski has an auto so life for him is easier with the armrest.

andysat im talking about the rubber like dash across the whole width of the car. its grippy enough to hold my phone inplace whilst on the move! no need to buy a phone holder.

Mark, you and I definitely have very different driving styles, if that's the case. My IPhone would fly out of the cabin if I did that. I'm not aggressive with other drivers around, but who doesn't enjoy taking a nice curve or 6 in the Z4?

Cheers mate

In the E85 my sunglasses sat nicely in the small tray at the back of the centre console inbetween the seats, easy to get hold of when driving :) In the current Z they are placed in a tray inside the armrest.

I keep my shades in the 1st aid box under the passenger seat, easy to get at and no risk of sitting on them.

Mine live in my door pocket, easily to hand
I worry about keeping anything in the door- wallet dropped out once at petrol station...thankfully spotted it!
I keep everything in the centre compartment beside the phone holder.

Pair of Ray Bans in a second first aid box under the drivers seat. Lined with towelling, no rattles or scratches and ready to grab at a moments notice without reaching into passenger side, centre cubby hole, etc.

Is this easy to fit ? Mighty tempted to try and find one...
