Where do you guys keep your tyre inflators?

I've just ditched my run flats so I got myself some tyre weld and an electric tyre inflator as you do.

Where do people keep the tyre inflator? I've tried under and behind the seats but it doesn't fit. So I've ended up just leaving it in the boot under the cargo net but I need that to keep other things under.

Any ideas?

I don't even like the idea of the stuff tbh. I can sits in the side boot wells but my attack would be my recovery card that sits in my wallet :fuelfire:

As all Alpinas are supplied with standard tyres rather than runflats, they have an inflation kit as standard equipment - this is stored in a removable 'module' that fits into the NSR wheel arch recess. They are probably available as spare parts through Sytner

That's neat, but no doubt costs a fortune.

with my old Zed the inflator went next to the battery. I had two cans of tyre weld fitted into one of the BMW oil pouches which velcro to the side.

I was thinking more along the lines of - they made nice things in the old days :P

I removed the passenger seat and put a spare wheel in its place. Girlfriend moans a bit on long journeys as it's not very comfortable, keep telling her it's part of the Z experience.!!!!

Unfortunately not. In hindsight id have been better off with an inflatable girlfriend. Lot cheaper, less noise and keeps her figure after 6 years lol

And I'm a dab hand at fixing punctures, might forget to empty her out thou.!! :o :o
