Where do I get a full service kit

Have you read the schedule? There's not a lot of replacing going on there. Oil, filter, air and pollen filters? Just buy the bits.
I usually buy my oil and filters from http://www.opieoils.co.uk/
Mann filters are the OEM filters for BMW I believe.
As others have said just go any buy the bits required for each service.
Oil service parts
Oil - 6 litres will do from memory
Oil filter - OEM or Mann or an equivalent
Micro filter - As above
Additional bits which you may want to change - sump plug o ring/ washer & oil filter housing o ring/ washer.
Brake fluid service parts
Brake fluid - around 1 litre
Inspection 1 parts
Same as oil service could drop in a new air filter though for the cost and ease of it.
Inspection 2 parts
As oil service plus
Spark plugs - 6 of
Air filter - change for OEM or Mann again.
Additionally - diff oil, gear box oil and coolant flush
