Where can I run a usb cable from behind business cd head unit?

This looks very smart, I take it you just copy your MP3 files to the memory stick, plug in and it plays?
Result

Yes that's right, use the buttons on the business cd and track Id also displays. Plug in my I phone and it plays music and can also use it as my sat nav.

Fitted Grom audio usb/iPhone unit to original business cd this afternoon, and fitted usb socket to panel below heater switches
that works with usb memory sticks and iPhone/ipod

Nice job
But having the memory stick upside down would do my head in (for about 5 minutes until I forgot about it  ). You might also get the LED flashing annoyingly in your peripheral view if it's facing up towards you when driving at night (have you driven it at night yet?)

To be honest I never even noticed until you mentioned it but it will be easy to rotate it 180 and I mostly use the iPhone for music playback.

Ok couldn't get this off my mind (mild ocd) so went straight out to fix

I fed a usb extension socket to the panel under the heater controls (as mentioned above). Looks like this, and the USB stick is not visible from above so I can leave it without too much worry if the roof's down.

Like this set up!

Looks great! Where did you connect the USB extension to?

That's what I was thinking too, does it just plug into the back of the business stereo?

It plugs into the grom unit mentioned at the top of the page and a bit further back, the grom then plugs in to the head unit instead of the CD changer

There is also an adapter if you have the dsp amp fitted.

You can find them here http://gromaudio.co.uk/?gclid=CjwKEAjwy8bABRD5osXMovTHpmQSJACfZY0F5kVeYGAymqHhy7psf6nEjdkxw8uUBoegDq-itfsVhBoCghnw_wcB

Mine connects back to a Dension Gateway 300, Sharpyboy's goes to a Grom unit. Pretty much same idea I think. artists/song titles etc show on the satnav screen for me.
