Where can I get this part from? (small metal screw plate)

I was fitting a cup holder this morning and as I removed the air vent, the little black metal screw plate thing fell down in to the dash and is now no where to be found. That means I can't screw the air vent back on properly, so I need to know where I can buy this bit from. If 'little black metal screw plate thing' wasn't enough of a description, I've taken photos below...

If anyone knows what it's called or where I can get one, that would be a great help! Or even better, if anyone happens to have a spare one, that would be cool too :)
 
Looks quite like a generic part not specific to BMW,try a motor factors they maybe able to help,as Mattt said that will start to rattle might be worth seeking it out something with a magnetic tip.
 
You should also be able to find something very similar at a hardware store. As stated above, you may have a rattle if you can't locate the one you lost.
 
Thanks guys. It hasn't started rattling yet, but I bet it will. The annoying thing is I think it's fallen down behind the speaker in the footwell which seems like a lot of work to take apart just to find that little piece. Then again, I may not have a choice!
 
You can get the from halfrauds, they are a common part for retaining screws in all sorts of trim quite often get them with speakers (well you did when I last bough them)
 
Just had a look on Halfords and they do a set of U-Clips which is the same sort of thing you are looking for but at £7.99 is a bit steep when you only want one.

I thought it would either be something annoyingly rare and hard to get hold of, or it was going to be something really common that I've just never come across before. Luckily it was the latter!
