Where are all the helpful people?

Hi,

Long time reader, first time poster and about to be an owner (2.5 e85 being delivered tomorrow evening)

I was just hoping to see if there is a list of where very helpful knowledgeable people are in the UK. I'm based in Suffolk, and may want some help with a few bits to be done on my new Z.

Also it failed its MOT before it is being delivered due to emissions, the dealer has said that it was due to a gasket on the system in the engine bay, is this something i should get looked into when I get the vehicle?

If it failed the MOT because of that gasket, it should have been repaired to get an MOT pass. I am assuming it will be delivered with an MOT? If so, don't worry about it!

Welcome to the forum OP.

I hope you got your Z4 for a very good price if it has an issue - otherwise maybe you should have got the stealer to fix the emissions issue!

Yes it is being repaired and coming with a full MOT. I work in the motor trade so made sure I paid below book for it anyway!

Pics will be available shortly, with a list is tinkering things Im looking at doing
